Coconut crusted Avocado fries
8-10 Avocado Slices
1 flax Egg (1T ground flax 2T water)
1 c Almond Flour
1 c Shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
-Spray an air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
-Gather three small to medium sized shallow bowls.
-In one bowl, whisk together the flour, pepper, sea salt, and garlic powder.
-In the second bowl, whisk one egg.
-In the third bowl place the shredded coconut.
-Take one slice of avocado through bowl 1, 2 then 3 until fully coated- after bowl 2 let the excess egg drip off before dropping it into the coconut bowl.
-Repeat for all slices.
-Space apart in the air fryer basket.
-Air fry each side for 2-3 min on 350F until they’re golden brown.
-The fries are best served warm with your favorite dressing!
