Ingredients: 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped, 3 roma tomatoes chopped, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 4 garlic cloves minced, salt and pepper to taste, 6 basil leaves chopped, crushed red pepper to taste
1. Put on water to boil for pasta and cook in the back ground
2. In a saute pan over medium heat the oil and add garlic, cook until fragrant and starting to turn golden about 3 minutes
3. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook stirring occasionally at a simmer until the tomatoes release their juices and get saucy about 10 minutes.
4. Toss the cooked pasta in sauce and garnish with basil and red pepper flakes.
5. Serve with salad!
