This looks amazing
1 block of tofu (450g), drained and pressed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic chili sauce
2 tsp maple syrup
2 tsp nutritional yeast or 1 tsp cornstarch
Preheat oven to 400F. Cube up your tofu into 16 pieces. Place in a tupperware container along with the remaining ingredients. Seal lid and gently toss to coat. Place on a lined baking tray and place into the oven for 25 minutes. I’m normally too lazy to flip, but you can flip half way to really get that even baking.
You can also make in the airfryer. I usually will set to 375F and bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges brown.
For the veggies I sautéed them in some soy sauce and garlic chili sauce. I finished with a tsp of sesame oil at then. Omit that if none available.
